Start with a rigid, level wall or frame and confirm that the finished opening matches the cabinet layout. Do not force a cabinet into an opening that is too small or use excessive pressure to hide a structural error. Number the cabinets and keep their orientation consistent. Check alignment pins, locks, module surfaces and rear connections before closing the wall. Plan front or rear service access, power-supply replacement, receiver access and ventilation. Indoor conditions still require protection from condensation, roof leaks, cleaning liquid, sprinkler water and blocked air-conditioning discharge.
