Every batch of pre-owned LED panels we sell carries a unique traceable code — so you always know exactly what you’re getting, where it came from, and how it was tested.
One Code. Full Transparency
Instead of tracking individual cabinets, we assign a unique batch code to every group of panels received together. This code links to the complete history of that batch — from origin to final inspection.
Batch Code Format
Each code encodes the brand, intake date, and batch sequence. When you receive a quote or shipment from Stellux, you’ll always see this code — and you can request the full traceability report for any batch.

6 Steps from Intake to Delivery
Every batch goes through a rigorous, documented process. No shortcuts, no exceptions.
Receiving & Intake
Incoming panels are verified against purchase orders — brand, model, pixel pitch, quantity, and physical condition. Every cabinet is photographed and logged into the batch record.
Deep Inspection & Testing
Every cabinet is powered on for full-screen and pixel-level checks — dead LEDs, color uniformity, brightness decay, and refresh behavior are measured and recorded.
Precision Grading
Each screen is graded A, B, or C by usage hours, visual condition, and repair history, so buyers know exactly what quality level they are quoting on.
Repair & Refurbishment
Every panel with functional issues is fully repaired using same-batch replacement parts. Dead LEDs, driver ICs, power supplies, and mask lenses are replaced as needed.
Burn-in Testing
Indoor panels: minimum 72 hours. Outdoor panels: minimum 96 hours. Continuous operation at full brightness with periodic inspections to catch early failures.
Final QC & Shipping
Pre-shipment visual re-inspection, quick power-on check, accessory verification, and professional packing. Each shipment includes a full test report.
Transparent Grading. No Surprises
We grade based on visual condition and service age. Every panel — regardless of grade — must pass full functional testing and burn-in before shipping.

Flight Case
Rental & Touring
OEM or equivalent hard flight cases with custom EVA foam inserts. Panels are fixed and immobilized. Ideal for rental houses and touring companies.
Carton + Pearl Cotton
Fixed Installation
Double-layer corrugated cartons with pearl cotton separators between each layer. Outer wooden frame or pallet for added protection during transit.
Pallet + Stretch Film
Bulk Shipment
Neatly stacked on standard pallets, wrapped in 3+ layers of stretch film with corner protectors. Cost-effective for large-volume orders.
