This Privacy Policy explains how Stellux (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit usedled.net or contact us about used and refurbished LED screens. Our website is aimed at business customers such as rental companies, AV integrators, event producers and resellers.
1. Who we are
Stellux is a brand that refurbishes and exports used rental LED screens. We operate from two locations in China:
- Zhengzhou Operations: Unit 1, Building 7, Jindai Smart Industrial Park, Wenzhi Road, Guancheng Hui District, Zhengzhou, Henan, China

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter:
- Contact form (Contact page): name, WhatsApp/phone number, email address, subject and message.
- Product enquiry pop-up (product pages): name, email address, mobile number and enquiry text, together with the product you are asking about.
- Email, phone, WhatsApp or Facebook messages you send us directly, including any company name, delivery country or project details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like any web server, our hosting records technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and time of access in server logs for security and troubleshooting. We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking pixels on this website.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations, specifications and test reports.
- To agree and perform a sales contract, including payment, packing, shipping and after-sales/warranty support.
- To keep business records required by law (for example accounting and export documentation).
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We process this information because you asked us to (pre-contract steps and contract performance), because we have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and running our website, or because we are legally required to. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
4. Cookies
We only use cookies that are needed for the site to function:

5. Third-party services
- Hosting: the website and enquiry data are stored with our web hosting provider, Hostinger.
- Google Fonts and Google Maps: some fonts are loaded from Google, and the Contact page shows an embedded Google Map. When these load, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address.
- Google Translate: the optional language selector uses Google’s translation service.
- WhatsApp, phone, email and Facebook: the contact buttons and links open these services. If you contact us through them, their own privacy policies also apply.
6. Sharing your information
We share personal information only when needed to serve you: with freight forwarders, carriers and customs agents to deliver your order, with banks or payment providers to process payments, with our service providers listed above, or where required by law. Each recipient receives only what it needs.
7. International transfers
We are based in China and serve customers worldwide, so your information will be processed in China and in the locations where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
8. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and customer information for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, including warranty and after-sales support, and for as long as required for legal, tax and export records. Information we no longer need is deleted.
9. Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data. You can also ask us to stop sending follow-up messages at any time. To make a request, email info@stellux.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
